HOW TO USE:
Balance learns each patients unique movement patterns to detect FoG events, notifying the wearer and generating reports for caregivers and healthcare providers. Best of all, by confirming when events happen, you can help the applications performance improve over time.

Simply tap "BEGIN" on the home screen, and put your device in your pocket! The application can run in the background (when the screen is off), and will turn off automatically when you sit down or place it on a table. When an event is detected, a metronome sound will be played, and you will receive a notification on the phone (if sound is turned off and vibration sounds are active, you will feel a vibration instead). You can confirm events by responding to notifications or at any time while you are viewing your reports!

INTENDED USE
Balance is not intended for use as a standalone tool in the diagnosis, treatment, or mitigation of freezing of gait. This application is intended only as a symptom tracker, and accuracy may vary between users. Balance is intended to supplement -- not replace -- the users treatment and safety regimens.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Purchasing a subscription from within the application will grant you access to the applications full functionality including:
- Dynamic freezing of gait detection and prediction;
- Viewing and exporting reports on freezing events;
- Sending automated freeze alerts to caregivers.

There are three subscription tiers:
- THREE MONTH: Three (3) months of full access, renewing automatically. One week free, cancel anytime.
- SIX MONTH: Six (6) months of full access, renewing automatically. One week free, cancel anytime.
- YEARLY: Twelve (12) months of full access, renewing automatically. One week free, cancel anytime.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of your purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the price listed. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off from your account settings. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
